Esme’s theatre-making practice is expansive, spanning directing, facilitation, devising and producing. Esme has a background in participatory arts, having previously worked in Taking Part at the Young Vic Theatre as their Young Associate, Clean Break as their Participation Associate and Cardboard Citizens as their Programmes Associate.
